Just made my first recipe out of the Millenium Cookbook! (fancypants SF vegetarian restaurant I heart)

Tamale Torte with Black Bean Chile, Red Chili Sauce, and Cilantro Tofu Cream Sauce.

It's a tamale (masa/corn/milk type thing) layered with black bean chili and baked, with two sauces -- an ancho chili sauce and a vegan "cream" sauce made with silken tofu, lime, and cilantro.  I've now tasted the two sauces, which taste amazing, and am just waiting for the boy to arrive before I slice into the torte!

It was a little complicated to make, but very fun.  Looking forward to more out of this one.
